Small World Theatre is launching an exciting new puppet show this Eater.

The Lightning Path is clever, thought provoking and hilarious.

With stunning puppetry, animation, music and special effects its a must see for families this Easter.

The puppet show is supported by Arts Council Wales at its own venue on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 April, 3pm in Cardigan.

In the show Ella wonders why her family farm is flooding. Her Grandfather talks about how the eels are not coming up the river anymore.

She is concerned about melting ice caps and whether there is a connection with ice, eels and changing landscapes across the world.

She embarks on a magical journey to find answers and on her way meets a collection of people and creatures that help her learn new ways of understanding and caring.

Small World Theatre is well known for creating environmentally themed theatre and using puppets of all scales to entertain family audiences.

Working closely with collaborators, Meredydd Barker, Sean Vicary, Peter Stacey and Steve Knight, this production looks to the future, introducing climate chance issues in an educational and entertaining way.

There will be a chance to meet Small World Theatre's actors and a whole cast of new puppets after the show.
